LaPointe Productions’ video booth is an ‘open concept’ booth with fun props to capture moments from your guests at your big event!!!  This service is great for:

What is the size of the video booth and appropriate place for it?

The open concept video booth is approximately 5 x 5 feet, which needs to be located near an electrical outlet.  Our attendant will ensure that the booth is setup in the most optimal area for the best sound and video to be captured.

What if my event is outdoors?

If the video booth is to be used in an outdoor setting, it must be protected from rain/wind/sun by a canopy/tent and must also have a safe power source to plug into.

How long does the video booth last for at my event?

The minimum booking for a booth is 4 hours but we also offer additional hours and packages to suit your needs.

What format is the final product delivered in?

We provide 1 DVD and upload a Digital Copy via password protected link but also offer Blu-Ray Disc(s) and extra DVD’s at additional costs, if interested.

What is the turnaround time for final product?

Your DVD(s) or Blu-Ray Disc(s) will be ready for pick-up within 4 to 6 weeks from the time the final payment has been made.  As for the digital copy (same turnaround time as your DVD(s) or Blu-Ray Disc(s)), it’ll be uploaded on-line via password protected link in which you can forward to your family and friends.

When is the best time to book a video booth?

We recommend that you make a deposit to reserve your event date with us as soon as possible as we are regularly booked months in advance.

What’s the payment structure and payment form?

Payment Structure:

  1. We require 50% of the total price plus HST due at the time of signing contract (Non-refundable Security Deposit).
  2. Final Payment of remaining balance (plus HST) due on/by event day.

As for payment form, we accept Cheque, Cash and Interac eMail Money Transfer.

Which areas do we provide service to?

We provide services within the Greater Toronto Area.  Additional charges may apply, if outside Greater Toronto area.
