In our initial consultation with Melissa & Rhean, we were very happy to hear their love story…it all started 15 years ago when they both met each other at a church dance and from that very moment, their love grew for one another, leading to the biggest chapter of their lives as adults.
With emotions running high Melissa’s parents gave her a blessing before the ceremony…Melissa’s father couldn’t contain his tears of joy, knowing that his little girl would start a new life with her soon-to-be husband.
Rhean was eagerly anticipating his bride-to-be for the first time in her wedding dress. Finally, the moment arrived as Melissa walked down the aisle of Cristo Rei Church…you could really tell by the look on Rhean’s face that he was truly in awe, anxiously awaiting to take his bride’s hand from her parents. Pastor Carlos Macatangga did a wonderful job with their ceremony, giving great advice on marriage and love before the couple exchanged their vows. After the ceremony, the newlyweds and the wedding party surprised their family and friends by releasing white doves into the sky as a sign of blessing towards their marriage!
Afterwards, we were off to Mississauga to shoot the Bride & Groom at the lovely Adamson Estate. They were very happy to have finally tied the knot as husband and wife…and both couldn’t stop smiling from ear to ear as you could see in this highlight reel!
As the evening progressed we all headed to the reception, which was held at Sagan Banquet Hall. What a first dance! They had a dance number going on with their happy feet and put on quite a show for all their family and friends!
We had a fantastic time capturing Melissa & Rhean’s big day and we are thrilled that they both wanted us to be capture their special day through video!
